14 days. The statement never says so.
We don't file the dispute. We make sure you file the right ones before the clock runs out.
DoorDash gives restaurants 14 days to dispute an error charge; Uber Eats gives 30. Neither weekly statement prints that clock. PayoutBack finds every charge, labels it Fight, Skip or Maybe from the platforms' published rules, writes the draft, and emails you 3 days and 1 day before the window closes. Drop your statement CSV below: free, no signup, and the file never leaves your browser.
Why owners use PayoutBack
DoorDash gives you 14 days from delivery and Uber Eats 30 days from the order date. We count down on every charge and email you 3 days and 1 day before the window closes.
Each charge is labelled from the platforms' published rules, with a plain-English reason and a link to the official page. You spend time only on the ones worth filing.
Mark filed, won, lost or partial. Re-upload next week's file and reimbursements on the same order are matched automatically. The dashboard compares dollars recovered with what you pay us.
How it works · about a minute a week
- Download the weekly statement you already get: DoorDash Merchant Portal → Financials → Transactions (or Uber Eats Payment details plus the Order errors report, so we can merge issue types with the charge amounts).
- Drop the CSV here. We list every error charge, the days left, and whether to Fight, Skip or Maybe.
- Copy the ready-to-paste dispute for each Fight (and any Maybe you have evidence for). Open the merchant portal yourself and click Submit. We never ask for your DoorDash or Uber login, and we never file for you.
- Save to an account so we can remind you before deadlines and record what came back.

Questions
Why don't you file the dispute for us?
DoorDash and Uber both forbid outside companies from logging into a restaurant's portal or submitting disputes on its behalf. Tools that promise to file for you either break those rules or charge chain-restaurant prices ($99–169 per location, or a cut of what they recover). We draft the right disputes, show the deadline, and you click Submit. That keeps you in control and inside the platforms' terms.
How much time does this take each week?
About a minute a week: download the CSV you already export (DoorDash can email it on a recurring schedule), drop it in, copy the Fight-labelled drafts, and click Submit in the portal you already use.
How do you decide Fight vs Skip?
From each platform's published rules, not from a claimed win rate. Example: DoorDash says it typically does not issue error charges for late deliveries, no-shows and temperature issues (DoorDash Merchant Help). Uber lists several issues as "not partner charges" for Uber couriers, and disputes must be filed within 30 days of the order date (Uber Eats order errors). Missing-item claims are labelled Maybe because they depend on your ticket or sealed-bag evidence. We do not invent a win percentage.
Do you store the CSV?
No. The file is parsed in your browser. Only the extracted charge rows (order ID, amount, dates, description) are saved to your account if you sign in.
Is this affiliated with DoorDash or Uber?
No. PayoutBack is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by DoorDash or Uber Eats.
Estimates are not guarantees: the platforms decide every dispute. PayoutBack is not affiliated with DoorDash or Uber.
