Terms of Service

1. What PayoutBack does

PayoutBack reads delivery-platform statement exports (CSV files) that you choose to provide, identifies charges that may be disputable, estimates deadlines, drafts dispute text, sends reminder and summary emails, and lets you record dispute outcomes. You file every dispute yourself in the platform's merchant portal. We do not access DoorDash, Uber Eats or any other platform on your behalf and never ask for your platform credentials.

2. No guarantee of outcomes

Whether a charge is reversed is decided solely by the platform. Odds, “recoverable” amounts and deadlines are estimates based on published policies and your data, which may change or be incomplete. You are responsible for checking deadlines in the platform portal and for the accuracy of anything you submit. PayoutBack is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by DoorDash, Uber or any platform.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business whose data you upload. You sign in with a one-time email link; keep access to your mailbox secure. You may add multiple locations to one account.

4. Free and paid plans

The free scanner and free account are provided as-is and may change. Pro is billed monthly per active location (currently $19 per location per month, plus applicable taxes) after a 14-day free trial. Adding a location while subscribed increases the quantity, prorated by our payment provider; archiving one reduces it from then on. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC as our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms also apply to the purchase. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. There are no refunds for partial months, except where required by law. The 14-day free trial is not billed unless you remain subscribed after it ends.

5. Acceptable use

Do not upload data you have no right to use, attempt to access other customers' data, interfere with the service, or use the service to submit false or fraudulent disputes.

6. Your data

You own your data. You grant us a limited licence to process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your charge data at any time in Settings.

7. Emails

By creating an account you agree to receive service emails (sign-in links, deadline reminders, weekly summaries, upload nudges). Non-essential emails can be turned off in Settings or via the unsubscribe link.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR MISSED DEADLINES, UNRECOVERED CHARGES, OR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms with notice by email or in the app. You may stop using the service at any time; we may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply where you live.
